Because they are actually in search of a captive audience… — who they want to hit over the head with an advertisement!

Trying to captivate someone online is like trying to convince someone to take a deep breath of fresh, clean morning mountain air in space — that may have worked where people came from, but it doesn’t work where they are at right now.

Cyberspace is not captivating — and yet expecting someone to be captivated is the way retard media normally thinks of its users… and since that’s not the way the internet works, retard media are simply outdated.
