An idea is the constellation of feelings that you and other people who also participate in the same shared concept engage in

Each participant acts as a partial curator of the idea, and insofar as all participants engage by collectively functioning as custodians of the concept, ideas have meanings that correspond to the uses their custodians make of them.

Anyone who shirks from owning their own participation in an idea, essentially opts out of not only the use of the concept, but also from witnessing having experienced the feelings the concept references.
