In a World Undergoing Revolutionary Change, a Long Past Career Bio or Historical Sketch is a Drawback

I just read an “about”-type page which included the leadership team members, with a more or less short biographical sketch of each member. The shorter the bio, the better it seemed.

This is probably not always the case — but I guess in times of revolution, being wedded to the past is probably a drawback. Moving forwards into a new world has little to do with looking back towards an old one.
